The Transport Capacity Configuration Research of Big-and-middle-sized Dry Bulk Shipping Enterprise

Dry bulk shippers are mostly enterprises with large transport volume and relatively low tariffs. The dry bulk transport vessels needs large investments with great risk of operation. Therefore, the majority of dry bulk shipping business through the use of its own anchored leasing cooperative and other modes to meet customer service needs to ensure the conditions of reducing the risk. An allocation model is developed medium-large enterprises based on analysis of the dry bulk shipping capacity allocation status, current capacities, medium-sized dry bulk shipping business organization model features, business risk and transport efficiency. This will give the theoretical reference for shipping companies making transport capacity optimization and the operation risk reduction.
