On the Nonsingularity of Tripotent Matrices

Let T1, T2 be two commuting n×n tripotent matrices. We consider the problem of when the combination of the form T1 ±T2X,T1X± XT2 and I± T1Y are nonsingular, where X is a nonsingular matrix and Y is an arbitrary matrix.
