Research on the Relationship between Concentration Ratio of Shares and Business Performance of Listed Pharmaceutical Companies

Ownership concentration ratio is the key factors of internal management mechanism pattern formation and its relationship with the performance of the company is the most popular subject in the field of corporate governance research. Based on the data in china capital market we select 58 listed pharmaceutical companies as a sample to empirically research on relationships between ownership concentration ratio and corporate performance, using SPSS16.0 software. The results suggest the relationship between industry ownership concentration ratio and performance has significant positive.
