Study on China's Asset Securitization

摘要

As a kind of international financial innovation,asset securitization has a rapid development since it has the function of enhancing cash liquidity and risk transfer. However.the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis,which caused a global economic recession.also pushed asset securitization in front of the public.Now our country is in the preliminary stage of asset securitization.We need deep rethinking of asset securitization after the financial crisis.We should confirm its positive impact.and take the risks in this field into consideration as well,so as to better service for the development of asset securitization.
