摘要

The purpose of this paper is to address the appropriate role that played by institutions in the financial sector and focuses on the role of risk management in firms that use their own balance sheets to provide financial products. A key objective is to extent key principles necessary for successful implementation of a firm level system and financial institution that should engage in active risk management.
