摘要

A study on Transversely Isotropic Stratified Media is presented. The stiffness matrix of transversely isotropic soil layer and the dynamic response formula of the transversely isotropic stratified media to incident plane SH wave have been derived. Then the soil profile beneath a superhigh building in Pu Dong Area, Shanghai, China is used, and four types of transversely isotropic stratified soil ground and six SH wave incident angles are chosen to evaluate the frequency response functions of the media. The calculated results show that when the incident angle of the SH wave is smaller than a certain value, the larger the ratio of horizontal module to vertical module is, the lower the resonant frequency of the transversely isotropic stratified media is, and the higher of the resonant amplitude for the media is. They can also be observed in the transversely isotropic stratified soil ground with soft or hard soil layer inclusion.
