This paper firstly introduces the characteristics of low-carbon industrial parks and further analyzes the development status of china's industrial parks. Then, it mainly refers to work idea of low-carbon industrial parks in such aspects as general idea, main objective and working principles. On the basis, it points out the methods of mangement and building of low-carbon industrial parks The establishment of the low-carbon parks not only improves the environment remarkably, but also provides a new pattern for implementing energy conservation and emission reduction.
