摘要

In this paper, the new principle which can machine for high-order aspherical surface was described. Three feasible machining techniques, that is to say, the forming methods of the wheel spindle rotating around point Q, M, and the workpiece spindle rotation, were specifically analyzed. In addition, mathematical models were established for the three machining methods, respectively. Finally, we selected the best forming technique, i.e. the forming methods of the wheel spindle rotation around point M, according to requirement of the machining performance, accuracy and dynamic characteristics of the machine tool, and the rationality of the structure, etc.
