摘要

Air-blown fluidized bed biomass gasification is well adapted for Combined Heat Power (CHP)applications based on a gas engine. However, this technology is not yet mature. Despite promising prototypes, CHPgasification needs further improvements to become the reference technology in the medium-size CHP market (1-10MWe). This is the purpose of the GAMECO project (2011-2014) which aims at improving an existing technology byoptimising its operation, increasing its feedstock flexibility and optimising its upscaling. Lab tests (< 1kg/h), pilottests (50 kg/h) and modeling will be assessed to achieve a better understanding of the key points of BubblingFluidized Bed (BFB). Several feedstocks will be tested for this purpose.
