The present invention relates to a combined heat and power system for gasification using biomass in which synthetic gas is produced from a gasifier by using a biomass material, a synthesized gas apparatus can produce electric power by using good-quality gas refined through a refining apparatus so that treatment of waste heat and cooling of the apparatus are configured to be organically performed so as to increase efficiency thereof. According to the present invention, the combined heat and power system for gasification using biomass comprises a fuel supply apparatus for inputting and supplying a biomass material; a gasifier for producing synthesized gas including hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and methane by gasifying the supplied biomass material; a blower for controlling pressure and flow rate of the synthesized gas; a filter for removing micro impurities; a power generation system for gasification including a generation apparatus using an internal combustion engine using the synthesized gas as a material; a catalyst reactor for removing tar contained in the synthesized gas supplied from the gasifier, by using the catalyst; a bypass pipeline for allowing the synthesized gas not to pass through the catalyst reactor; and a gas refining system having a plurality of cyclones for re-combining the bypass pipeline to be branched in parallel into a plurality of pipelines in order to remove a heavy material.
