The efficacy study of Ce:YAG doped low-temperature glass for white LED modules

摘要

This study investigates the optical characteristics of Ce:YAG - dopant in low-temperature glasses whose glass transition temperatures are around 400°C. The quantum efficacy of 4wt% Ce:YAG doped glass is about 51%.
