Near-field optical studies of Au porous film regarding topographic artifacts and surface plasmon influences

In this study, an aperture-type near-field scanning optical microscope (a-NSOM) was used to measure a porous Au film and the direct observation of topographic artifacts and surface plasmon influences is revealed.
