The Risk Evaluation of Jiaohe Garbage Project in Jilin Province

摘要

As the further development of Jiaohe city, establishing a standard sanitary landfill for domestic wastes is urgently needed. In order to avoid the negative effects resulting from the risk during the construction and facilitate the management of project,this paper developed a model for evaluating the inherent risk of the project by use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ( FCE ) and evaluated the risk of garbage disposal proj ect in Jiaohe city.
