The higher vocational education effectively serve for local industry ,it plays an important role in promoting win-win between the higher vocational colleges and enterprises and common development, bringing both higher vocational colleges and enterprises enthusiasm into play , improving the worker and students' quality and speeding up the training of high-quality persons with practical and technical. This article through analysis of the effectiveness and the existing problems that existed in higher vocational education in serving for local industry in Ningbo city , Zhejiang province , to explore the enlightenment of how the higher vocational education to serve the local industry develoDment effectively in China.
