Oxygen Value Fuzzy Logic Control of Pulse Burning Furnace

摘要

In oder to make oxygen value in flue fall and get the optimum ratio of air and fuel ,Combining control experiences of operators , a kind of fuzzy logic control method is used to contol the ratio of air and fuel on digital pulse burning furnace of Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Company. The flue Oxygen Value error and the error variety between the actual setting and the given value, as inputs , are fuzzed up fistly. According to fuzzy control rules and compound rules, fuzzy decisions are made and fuzzy outputs are calculated to precise values to be the general regulating values, which can make the flue Oxygen Value decreased apparently.
