E-commerce is growing more popular as a new business model.The rapid development brings its convenient efficiency to us;meanwhile asymmetric information between buyers and sellers becomes the bottleneck of e-commerce development Because of the nature of the e-commerce such as virtual,those situations cause the result of asymmetric information.It easily leads to adverse selection and moral hazard of the ecommerce,which called Lemon Market So as to solve this issue,the paper tries to design a reasonable mechanism,the way of seeking guarantee from a third party organization to show the consumers the good quality signals,based on the game theory's model of signal release and identify.
