The nonlinear nature of plasticity,caused very complex problems to determine the correct distribution of critical inner stress and strain areas.The curvilinear equation of distortion resistance force of metal was first discussed,in order to determine the critical inner stress and strain areas of a wide plate at bending.To find out the correct information of wide plate bending in a nonlinearity harden stress neutrosphere,two mathematical processes were used.First,stress analysis of wide plate section at bending,classic mechanical analysis formulas were used.Second,a differential equation group was set up to determine the nonlinearity factor of plasticity in a nonlinearity harden stress neutrosphere.
