摘要

The alloy cast-iron MTMoCr is one of the most important materials that used to make auto panel dies.A finite element model (FEM) is built to study high-speed machining process of auto panel dies.Under conditions of high-speed cutting,high strain rate,high temperature and high strain are happened in the work piece material.High-speed compress experiment is done to achieve material mechanical behaviors.Other key technologies such as interface friction and heat conduction of tool rake face and chip flow are studied.High-speed cutting experiments are done and the cutting forces from FEM is verified.The formation of serrated chip in high-speed cutting MTMoCr is simulated and the mechanism of high-speed cutting MTMoCr is revealed partly.The study result can be used to optimize high-speed machining process of auto panel dies.
