摘要

In this paper,the meshing equation and the profile equation of the Roller-gear Indexing Cam Mechanism is deduced with the theory of conjugate principle and the method of rotary coordinate transformation.And the three-dimensional solid model is established with Pro/e through the equation has deduced.Then The NC Machining Simulation of the Roller-gear Indexing Cam can be achieved through PowerMILL.It hopes to found the flaw and other problem in design and manufacture from this simulation,also facilitate the designer and engineer to improve their design in time.
