Bayesian Analysis of Flood Frequency with Historical Data

摘要

In this paper the Pareto distribution is employed to analyze variations of the flood stages based on historical data in flood season.Bayesian approach also is used to analyze the accuracy of flood forecasting.This paper proposes the analysis approaches to extract model parameters, and the history flood is discussed in this paper.
