摘要

The piston membrane is the core part of film type cylinder, whose performance directly affects the pneumatic brake life. A optimization model of Piston Membrane is established according to a certain Film Type Cylinder. Using Multidisciplinary design optimization software iSIGHT and finite element analysis software ANSYS and the sequential quadratic programming method, the model is solved under the goals of reducing the maximum stress and strain, as well as structural mechanics and geometric constraint be constraint conditions. The optimization results show that piston membrane which is got through this design method can satisfy the intensity requirements and its structure layout and geometry size are reasonable.
