COST CONTROL METHODS ON CONSTRUCTION STAGE BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF THE COST IMPACT

Analysis of the effect to costing was conducive to identify relationship and key factors among the factors of the effect to costing,it was helpful to find the effective method for costing control too,and it is beneficial to explore the potential on cost savings. Firstly,through research upon the reasons of overspend on labor cost,material cost and machinery cost,the key factors that influenced costing were discovered by Fishbone Diagram. Secondly,based on optimization and coordination about planning,approaches to costing control and management were obtained through studying on the key factors that included labor cost control,material procurement planning,price volatility,machine idle and site management fees,etc. It achieved considerable economic benefit.
