The allocation of property rights of listed companies based on the perspective of stakeholder

摘要

The allocation of property rights is the core of a listed company's financial governance. In this paper, we not only defines the objects of property rights allocation of listed company from the view of stakeholders, but also make clear the principles of property rights allocation as well as the various stakeholders that should be allocated to property rights. We also point out that the realization of property rights allocation of all stakeholders need to rely on the co-governance mechanism and contingent governance mechanism in corporate governance.
