This paper based on the great disparity between the sample autocorrelation matrix and the ideal autocorrelation matrix.Through derived the formula of the microphone array receive signals' sample autocorrelation matrix and ideal autocorrelation matrix. Discussed and analyzed the effect factors of the relative error such as the sampling number, correlation of signals, orthogonality of noise and signal and orthogonality of noises. Simulations results show that the orthogonality between signal and noise, the orthogonality of noises has a greater impact on the relative error. Therefore, in practical applications the choice of parameters should be appropriate and fewer sampling number should be used.
