Research of Audit Project Schedule Management Based on Critical Chain

摘要

This paper presents the triangular fuzzy number critical chain method to manage audit project scheduling. An initial critical chain was created based on time logical linkages of the activities and predecessors, and then buffers were added according to resource constraints. Through buffer pre-warning and resource coordination to cope with resource constraints, the actual critical chain was formed.
