摘要

In this paper, a novel electromagnetic dynamic ming simulator was designed to investigate the tibinational effects of shear and vibration on the rphology of microcellular polymethyl metacrylate 4MA) samples by using supercritical carbon dioxide CO2) as a blowing agent. Mechanical vibration uced by electromagnetic field was introduced into the m process. Furthermore, in order to strengthen the ar effect, the rotor of the special designed simulator 3 machined to be whorled. The morphology of the ;rocellular samples was examined using scanning :tron microscopy (SEM). It was shown that at a tain amplitude and frequency of vibration, the cell meter of samples decreased and cell density increased I the cells could maintain a spherical shape.
