A suitable method for quantitative phase analysis of samples with high amorphous content

摘要

Pointing out the benefits of multiphase sample quantification using the G factor for samples containing high amorphous content was aim of this study. The phase determination is carried out using scale factors and taking into account the bulk sample chemistry. The used quantifi cation with this method is promising as absolute phase contents are obtained. The efficiency of the method was proven in comparison with the external and internal standard method.
