摘要

Among the natural polyesters, the PLA possesses great importance due its characteristics of biodegradability, bioabsorption and atoxicity. PLA is used in applications of controlled drug release which can be improved with the insertion of nanoparticles. In this work magnetic polymeric nanocomposites were prepared using three different forms of insertion of the nanoparticle: (I) solution, (II) in-situ and (III) fusion. The materials were characterized by SAXS, XRD, TGA, UV-VIS and magnetic force tests. Among the characterized materials, the ones prepared by solution presented the most suitable properties for use in controlled release of caffeine.
