摘要

The authors developed dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) device to generate nonequilibrium plasma for ignition enhancement. The nonequilibrium plasma was generated in a supersonic flow with small electric power. The discharge occurred with smaller applied voltage in a higher Mach number flow. Spectroscopic measurement showed that the main emission spectra of the DBD plasma were from excited N_2 and N_2~+.
