Large Area and High Precision Organic TFT Array of A4 Size with 200 ppi on Plastic Substrate by Microcontact Printing Technique

摘要

We have succeeded in driving a high resolution polymer network liquid crystal display (PNLCD) by using OTFT array obtained by microcontact print (μCP) method. By optimizing the fabrication condition, 200 ppi with the pixel size of 125 μm on A4 size plastic substrate was achieved.
