Issues Regarding Costs, Expenses, Revenues and the Moment of their Acknowledgment in Accountancy

Knowing that costs and expenses are a permanent requirement when the objective is to achieve economic performance especially in the context of the present economy as economic resources are more and more limited and, implicitly, more expensive. Within a market economy, the control upon internal operating conditions is the most important variable available to the entities' boards in order to reach the desired efficiency in resource consumption.
