摘要

A new time constant measurement means of the surface temperature sensor is proposed, in which a high frequency modulated high power CO_2 laser acts as the driving source. The measurement system is designed and practiced in thermocouples with different temperature ranges. It is proved that the system can be used to measure transient surface temperature sensor which be with a time response from the sub-millisecond level to the second level, and the temperature provided by the driving source can range from the room temperature to the high temperature.
