Preparation and Characterization of PBN Loaded Poly(DL-Iactide-co-glycolide) Nano/Microparticles

PLGA nano/microparticle formulation was developed to increase blood residence time of alpha-phenyl-n-tert-butyl nitrone (PBN) and thereby providing controlled release. Loading of therapeutic dose of PBN to PLGA microparticles and providing controlled release, blood residence time of PBN was increased. For this purpose, we prepared nano/microparticle formulation.
