摘要

The accident in the offshore steel structure will bring serious disaster, causing huge loss of property. While using the conventional finite element method in the crack tip stress field, not only the accuracy is poor, but also a large amount of calculation. In this paper,using the method of the direct boundary element, the indirect boundary integral equation have been established and boundary integral equation has been derived in the crack plate bending based on thin plate bending theory. Indirect boundary integral equation is simple and convenient to discrete. And it is convenient to make a program. As higher-order singularity, this paper presents a new geometric method to deal with the singulari ty the integral kernel. Results are very consistent Finally, Matlab program has been made, the error is within the permissible range compared with the theoretical solutioa.
