摘要

The fatigue of grid structure with bolt sphere joints(BSJ) under suspending cranes is focused by internal and exter nal academic and engineering fields. Its fatigue is mainly the fatigue of high strength bolts (HSB). In the paper, 14 specimens in M30 HSB were tested stability and efficiently under constant amplitude stress by use of self design loading equipment. According to results, the form and mechanism of fatigue failure were clarified elementarily. It has gotten a relative common HSB fatigue curve—S-N curve by analyzing statistic regression formulate from national known 27 experimental data. The constant amplitude fatigue calculative method on high strength bolts in Grid struc ture with bolt sphere joints has built by use of allow stress amplitude method.
