摘要

In this study, stability and wave induced moment was evaluated for the targeted floating terminal. Stability of targe ted floating terminal was evaluated to the uniform live load,eccentric live load and damage cases. Wave induced mo ment of targeted floating terminal was calculated by quasi-static analysis method which converts hydrodynamic effect of wave to buoyancy force by using elastic spring. As the results of this study, it was found that the floating terminal of this study satisfied design criteria for stability and quasi-static analysis method by using buoyancy elastic spring was able to properly simulate hydrodynamic effect of wave.
