Call search algorithm in Softswitch Real-time monitoring system is a vital index, which scale its processing ability. As to SIP, call identifier(callid) ,source URL and aimed URL can separate different calls. This paper analyses search capability of Hash algorithm to mass call identifier, indicates its vulnerability which will occupy a lot of memory space , and improve hash algorithm with the two level hash according its characteristic of search target. The simulation result indicates that it reduces 25% memory occupation while maintaining retrieval performance.
