Understanding the relationship of network latencies or delays among network nodes is important for network measurement. Although there have been some prior studies that touched on this subject, few have studied the problem thoroughly. In this paper, we further study the effect of path load on the similarity of network nodes based on RTT. We find that similarities between two source nodes to a common destination node are close to each other in a length combination, if their load combinations are the same in common and heavy private path load. We refer this closeness as common&private characteristic. Furthermore, we show that common&private characteristic performs well when the load is below 60%, while above load 80% corresponds a bad performance. Also, similarities, whose loads are below 60% and load combinations are in the same integer load ratio which is the ratio of common path load to private path load, have insignificant difference to each other. And for these 27 original load combinations, the load ratio has the same mutational trends with the similarity.
