The Design and Study of Black Start Decision and Support System Rule Engine System

摘要

The main problem of traditional black start decision support system is analyzed based on the complexity', randomness and variety in the paper. Using the improved Rete algorithm to design the power black start decision and support rule engine system based on Jess. To include and extract main theories and technologies about black start to form the business rules stored in the ruling database which be used in the rule engine pattern match. It can filter out many unsuitable searching paths to improve the efficiency. It can be used in other power systems by renewing database.
