In this paper, design process of Three-phase Power Measuring System is analyzed. The overall research program and design ideas are described. It focuses on how to improve the accuracies of input voltage and current The lower voltage, lower current circuit is designed. Serial external circuit is designed. LCD external circuit is designed. The program of data sampling and computing is designed. Based on. Net platform, PC program is designed, which could receive the data and store it in database. Three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency, active power, reactive power, voltage harmonics and other parameters are realized to detect by the system. And the averages of power and energy parameters are calculated by daily, by weekly, by monthly. According to the Real-time detected data and the computed result, it can provide the reliable basis to the analysis of power quality.
