Research on Enterprise Decline Mechanism with Disturbance Theory

The decline of enterprises is as same as the decline of biology, and they are also affected by various passive disturbing elements, so that the paper explores the declining phenomenon of enterprises from the factors of the passiveness, decline and malady by making use of disturbance theory of ecology and hopes to disclose the declining reasons. Consequently, it is helpful to comprehend the rules of enterprises decline, predict the decline of enterprises, find the methods of recovering the vitality of enterprises and enlighten and guide the deeper theoretical study. First, the paper introduces the basic principle of disturbance theory of ecology. And then it analyzes the necessity of the application of disturbance theory in the declining process of enterprises. Finally, it explores the declining mechanism,disturbance forecast and restoration of vigor of enterprises by analyzing the declining phenomenon and feature, the disturbance elements and the process of the decline.
