The Empirical Analysis on Farmer's Consumption Effect Based on the Rural Public Goods Supplies

摘要

Pointed to the two major factors, the supply of public goods in rural areas and farmers income,which affect rural consumption, this paper studies the long-run stable relationship between public goods in rural areas and farmers income by the use of cointegration analysis, and studies long-run effect and short-run effect of farmers consumer spending through error correction model. Then we compare the two effects.
