Research on Problem and Countermeasure of Diversification Development of Corporation Group

摘要

Based on the diversification agent of corporation group, this article analyzed the problems which existed in diversification, finally gave the corresponding countermeasures, hoped to give corporation group some inspirations and attention points who is engaging or about to engage in diversification.
