Based on the current international carbon emission reduction status, we discuss the main ways and technology to realize the low carbon economy at home and abroad, study and compare the carbon emission reduction policies in the developed countries, then based on China's present situation of carbon emission reduction, to find out he existing problems and put forward relevant measures.
