A Research on the Supply Chain Management of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the E-commerce Environment

The emergence of the e-commerce has brought new opportunity for the supply chain of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. Only fusing the e-commerce with the supply chain management can make up for the shortages in these small enterprises. In this paper, firstly the current development situations of the supply chain management in the e-commerce environment both at home and abroad are introduced; secondly the changes of the supply chain from the B2B e-commerce are analyzed; then a new model of the supply chain management of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the e-commerce environment is built through expanding the traditional one; at last some constant suggestions are put forward.
