A premixed-gas explosion experiment in different lined vessels was done to get the pressure evolution. Based on the experimental data, the CFD software was used to construct the model, and further analyze the mechanism of explosion in linked vessels, including the flow distribution and flame propagation. The result indicated that the explosion pressure in the small vessel is higher and the small vessel could be more dangerous than the large one. The second explosion pressure peak will happen under the effect of the turbulent flow and jet fire. The backflow come into being in the vessels increase the turbulent flow, which leads to the increase of pressure in the vessels. The pipe which connected the vessels had great effect on the development of turbulent flow and jet fire.
