A Framework of Information Management System for Indemnificatory Housing

摘要

This paper analyzed the characteristics of management systems, platform construction, system functions, and structural design. This paper presents a housing security E-Gov framework model with five layers. These layers contain the information methodologies, technologies and specifications used for the information management system of indemnificatory housing. In order to implement effective management, system should provide an information-sharing and a unified data platform. Information is stored in the unified data platform and sharing through network so that all administrations can get the data what they want. This model can help the government agencies to realize software reuse, interoperability and information sharing.
