Research on Interoperability of Internet of Things' Gateway Oriented to Telehealth and Telemedicine

摘要

The development of internet of things has brought about surprising application vision and huge industry opportunity in telehealth and telemedicine. However there are multiple new challenging technological issues, among which the interoperability between the gateway of internet of things and medical peripherals is very crucial to the system scalability. This paper researches several mainstream interoperability standards oriented to novel medical gateway of internet of things, including medical data and communication standard in buletooth, USB, ZigBee and ISO/IEEE 11073. Then it discusses existing problems in current interoperability solution and finally presents a reference implementation.
