摘要

By means of numerical simulation, we study the formation and propagation of vortex solitons in a quadratic nonlinear medium with competing diffraction, group velocity dispersion close to zero (GVD) and third-order dispersion in the presence of the waveguide structure. We assume that balance between nonlinearity, inhomogenity, diffraction, and third-order dispersion near zero GVD can support vortex soliton.
