Global energy shortages, poor ecological environment, global economic crisis broke out, prompting people to pay more attention to the problem of resources. As a developing country, in recent years, Chinese has rapid economic growth as well as market competition becomes increasingly fierce. In this paper, taking the Chinese real estate companies as the research object, aimed at the enterprise characteristics and the competitive environment of it, from the RBV perspective to analyze how to acquire the competitive advantage of Chinese real estate enterprise.
